Registration Policies

Please read before registering.

By registering, you are accepting the following terms and policies.

  • The registration fee mentioned above is EXCLUSIVE of GST, as applicable.
  • Registration is mandatory to attend the conference & will only be considered as confirmed on receipt of the full amount / fee.
  • While your safety is of utmost importance, the organizers will take no responsibility for loss of belongings / valuables or damage to your property.
  • The registration fee does NOT include any travel cost, insurance, accommodation, sightseeing tours or airport transfers.
Category 01

Delegates & Post-graduate Students

  • Conference kit / bag and other collaterals (if any).
  • Lunch and Snacks for all 3 days.
  • Dinner on Day -1.
  • Gala Dinner on Day -2.
Category 02

Under-graduate Students

  • Conference kit / bag.
  • Lunch and Snacks for all 3 days.
Category 03

Associate Delegates

  • Lunch and Snacks for all 3 days.
  • Dinner on Day -1.
  • Gala Dinner on Day -2.
  • Kindly send the cancellation requests to clinvicon2027@aiimsraipur.edu.in on or before January 20, 2027.
  • Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the completion of the conference, if not earlier.
  • No refunds against cancellation will be entertained post January 20, 2027; except in case of any travel restrictions imposed by the government or any dire emergency.
  • The Organizing Committee's decision will be final in this regard.
  • Cancellations or changes will NOT be accepted on the phone.
  • Only written/email requests will be considered.
